There is no doubt that Mr Russell,
rightly or wrongly, infers that his decision
was revised by His Excellency; and that after such revision the Prisoners was -discharged . Having regard to what
has appeared in the News-pxpers Jean understand this being considered by Mr Russell as exoling a reflection on his conduct, although he had taken
unusual care in the case as

from there having been two hearings .
